We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted, unless we are required by law to keep them longer. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider for security purposes.
7. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. The contact form is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and submissions are emailed to our office inbox rather than stored on the website.

Under POPIA you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to it.
- Ask us to correct or update information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Ask us to delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
- Object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect processing already carried out).
