Company Background
iControl cc was established in 1998 to carry out electrical, instrumentation and process control project engineering work for and on behalf of Anglo Platinum, and grew into a trusted engineering partner across the mining and minerals processing industry — in South Africa and internationally.
In 2015, iControl cc split into two specialist companies: iControl Engineering (this company), focused on software, controls and instrumentation engineering; and iControl Consulting, which handles electrical engineering and EPCM project delivery. The two businesses were both born out of iControl cc and continue to work closely together with shared clients across the industry.

We're a technically-focused, engineering-led team. Everyone here is hands-on with Siemens software day-to-day, and we take the time to get a control philosophy exactly right before moving on. That attention to detail is what our clients come back for.

Our engineering team is competent across the full Siemens stack — PCS7, TIA Portal, Step 7 and WinCC — covering control philosophy, programming, FAT and on-site commissioning.
