Company Background
iControl was established in 1998 to carry out electrical, instrumentation and process control project engineering work for and on behalf of Anglo Platinum. First projects completed for Anglo Platinum:
- Bafokeng Rasimone Platinum Concentrator (BRPM) Plant.
- Maandagshoek Concentrator Plant.
- Mortimer UG2 Concentrator Plant.
- Polokwane Smelter.
At the end of 2004 iControl broadened its client base.
- Completed the Xstrata Lion Project in 2006.
In 2005 also targeted the international market
- Successfully completed projects in China, Tanzania, Nigeria, Angola and DRC.
